[pewslideshow slidename=anim2]

The Board of Education in the teeming metropolis of Fuzzwood has decided to implement an innovative bullying-prevention program in its elementary schools. The program curriculum is eight weeks in length (90 minutes per week) and will target third-graders. There are 18 elementary schools in Fuzzwood: 9 are well-integrated radically and economically, 5 are predominantly low-income African-American and Hispanic, 3 are in affluent white neighborhoods, and 1 is composed primarily of Asian-American and white students from middle-class backgrounds. Each school has about 800 students, including approximately 100 third-graders distributed into 5 classrooms of 20 students each.

Discuss in detail three major challenges you would face in attempting to use a randomized design to evaluate the impact of this program. How would you deal with each of these challenges? Be specific, not generic, in your answer.
